01 Overview
Crankshaft fatigue testing machine runs based on the principle of electromagnetic resonance. It is both energy saving and environmental. It is mainly used for doing the performance and fatigue life testings when crankshaft is under bent or twisted fatigue conditions. The equipment is mainly used for evaluating and testing fatigue strength, new design, updated technology, updated material, sourcing identifification, quality inspection and other conditions which may cause the signifificant fatigue change of crank shaft.
02 Product characteristics
When testing the crank shaft, we fifix the sample by suspension type to ensure its free vibration.
It can be free on the direction of vibration which can reduce damping and is easy to install.
Clamping tooling is wedge structure which can ensure reliable clamping.
Based on the difffferent clamping power, there are mechanical and hydraulic types clamping for choosing.
It is easy to operate calibration device with accurate measuremen.
The tooling can be raised and lowered as well as fifine-tuned in horizontal direction to ensure coaxial.
In the condition of resonance caused by tuning fork structure composed of crank shaft and tooling, the power consumption is lowest and energy saving.
