Here is our production scope of Double-row tapered roller bearing

The outer ring or inner ring of double row tapered roller bearing is integral. Narrow end of inner ring or outer ring is close, there is a spacer in the middle of bearing, the clearance of bearing is adjusted by the thickness of spacer, and also can use the thickness of spacer to adjust the pre-interference of double row tapered roller bearing.

Design character
Tapered roller bearing is mainly used for combine load of the axial load and radial load. Compared with angular contact ball bearing, it has high load capacity, slower limit rotating speed. Tapered roller bearing can bear the axial load in single direction and also can limit axial displacement for shaft or housing in single direction.
