High temperature furnace switching tester

High temperature part is composed of the high temperature atmosphere furnace, the atmospheric furnace support, the high temperature extensometer, the clamp fixture device and so on. There are two sets of atmospheric furnace supports equipped with two sets of atmospheric furnaces, which is convenient for alternate use of atmospheric furnace. The fastening structure between the upper and lower outlets of the atmospheric furnace and the clamp is designed to facilitate the timely release of the atmospheric furnace and the clamp when the high temperature test is completed. At the same time, another atmospheric furnace can clamp samples and complete the heating work of the atmospheric furnace outside the host. When the first atmospheric furnace completes the test and is launched, the other one can be pushed into the host to complete the test directly, which greatly improves the test efficiency. Besides, the atmospheric furnace support consists of upper guide rail, atmospheric furnace connecting bracket, lower guide rail and lower legs, which is convenient for customers to push, pull and replace the atmospheric furnace. What's more, the lower guide rail of fixture is equipped with self-locking device, which facilitates the positioning of atmospheric furnace.
