01 Overview
Four position spring fatigue testing machine is mainly used for fatigue test of spring from vehicle suspension. The tester
is composed of the host,load control system,data testing & collecting & analyzing system. The host form is four
positions cross layout. Four spring samples are arranged in pairs. The center of the cross adopts linkage mechanism. The
linkage mechanism is designed with offff-center adjustment device which can adjust amplitude of test. The symmetric
arrangement can take the effffective using of the energy released when the spring is returned,This can lower the
power confifiguration (requirements) of motor,Then the consumption of power will be reduced,It can reduce the cost
of fatigue test.It is the high-effiffifficiency energy-saving equipment for research institutes, testing institutions,
universities and manufactures developing and testing.
