2D Video Extensometer
The monocular 2D video extensometer is a non-contact extensometer. The extensometer software completes the calculation of the image and outputs the measured deformation results in real time. The full-field measurement module can be used to achieve full-field displacement and strain measurement.

1. Residual gray field measurement can be realized to obtain crack extension width and length;
2. Boundary recognition measurement can be realized to calculate 32 width deformation data;
3. Automatic recognition of circle, horizontal line, cross, QR code and other identification points can be performed;
4. n value and r value measurement can be realized, and the strain selection range can be adjusted;
5. Real-time acquisition of test machine force value data can be generated to generate stress-strain curve;
6. The distance between marking points can be set by manually entering the gauge length;
7. Meet the existing JJG762-2007 0.5 level accuracy requirement;
8 Not limited by temperature, can measure under high and low temperature conditions, and can measure temperature range from -190ºC to 2300ºC;
9 Not limited by strain range, can measure strain range: 0-1000%;
10 Not limited by strain direction, can simultaneously achieve axial and lateral multi-scale measurement;
11 Equipped with fatigue frequency reduction measurement module, can fit fatigue loading curve according to fatigue testing machine simulation signal to collect cross-cycle deformation data;
12 Section shrinkage and elongation: Through multiple sets of cameras, high-precision section shrinkage and elongation can be measured.
